Venture News: BliinkHR Enables Computation Automation for Salaries under TRAIN Law

BliinkHR, the newest Human Resource Information System in the Philippines is now capable of automating computation of salaries under the TRAIN Law.
 
The Tax Reform for Acceleration and Inclusion (TRAIN) is the first package of the comprehensive tax reform program (CTRP) envisioned by President Duterte’s administration, which seeks to to correct a number of deficiencies in the tax system to make it simpler, fairer, and more efficient.
 
6 days before the official launching of the system, the team behind BliinkHR launched one of the biggest features this tool has to offer – TRAIN Law salary computation automation.
 
This will enable HR professionals to generate payroll under the newly passed tax reform in just a few clicks.
 
Alexandra Lintag, the program head for BliinkHR said that this update is one of the first in the Philippines and the easiest to utilize as admins don’t need to be a tech savvy in order to use the system.
 
“They just need to upload the employee details as accurate as possible and the system will do the rest for them” she added.
 
The system got a lot of positive feedback after conducting a webinar about TRAIN Law for HR Professionals, highlighting the system’s capability to automate almost everything under the human resource processes from time tracking to payroll management.
 
Interest surged after the webinar as HR workers become increasingly excited for the grand launching of the system.
